Requesting a refund
Send a request to support@iptvprovidersuk.co.uk using the email address associated with the order. Include the order reference, purchase date, device or player used, and a clear description of the issue.
Requests we may approve
Refunds are reviewed individually. A refund may be appropriate when:
- A duplicate payment was processed for the same order.
- Paid access was not delivered or activated after reasonable support attempts.
- A verified service problem prevents use and support cannot provide a reasonable solution.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer law.
Requests that are generally not eligible
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are generally not provided for:
- A change of mind after digital access has been delivered and used.
- Device incompatibility, local internet speed, Wi-Fi quality, or player configuration when the service itself is available.
- Temporary maintenance, short interruptions, or changes to individual channels, programs, or third-party apps.
- Failure to follow reasonable setup or troubleshooting instructions.
- Accounts suspended for prohibited use, credential sharing, resale, fraud, or a material breach of the Terms of Service.
Renewals and cancellation
If a plan renews automatically, cancellation should be requested before the next renewal date. A cancellation stops future renewal where available; it does not automatically refund time already delivered or used. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights in your location still apply.
Review process
Support may ask for screenshots, error details, speed-test results, or confirmation that recommended troubleshooting was completed. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Charge disputes
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate the order. This does not limit any rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
